Fugumobile has designed and developed the entire in-room dining experience on WeChat for Hilton Hotels in China.

Guests can use the WeChat interface to order in-room services directly from their mobile phones. A source tracking system recognizes the hotel from which the order is being placed.

The order management system ensures that each order placed is immediately attended to with each the respective hotel operations teams involved (guest services, kitchen, finance, etc.)

Post a successful pilot program, the platform is now being rolled out to over 50 Hilton group hotels in China.
