Osprey is a leading outdoor accessories brand in the US, well known for their quality back packs. They command a very loyal user base, although in China that base was very niche.
Fugumobile consulted with Osprey to transform their business in China from a traditional distribution model to one which was digital led.
Additionally to drive new audiences, we developed and ran a campaign over WeChat targeting school kids with a ‘Back to School’ campaign to encourage sale of backpacks for school.
As part of our services, we helped integrate multiple data points (TMALL, JD, WeChat) into a single business overview dashboard that provided a real time check on overall business operations.
