The entire We Chat consumer offering is supported by regular interactive campaigns offering the consumers a chance to engage with Dunkin’.

In addition, Fugumobile has developed and manages the entire loyalty program for Dunkin’. This is available through a downloadable APP.

 

Integration with POS allows for instant transaction based reward points and is support by a real time reporting dashboard that provides instant analysis on business performance, allowing Dunkin’ to make intelligent marketing decisions.
